Diversity is no longer an option. With inequalities booming around the world, solutions will stem from inclusive growth. It can be found in all sectors. It is claimed by younger generations who are arriving on the job market and using their difference to succeed. As international research organisations constantly remind us, diversity (whether gender or cultural) is a powerful lever of growth and attractiveness for businesses. Despite this awareness, the issue of inclusiveness is too often linked to regulatory constraints. What if we changed mindsets by educating business leaders on this issue ?
