Born in Rabat, Loubna Zemmouri completed her secondary education in Social & Economic Sciences at the René Descartes High School, before joining the “Institut Supérieur de Commerce et d’Administration des Entreprises“ (ISCAE) where she obtained a degree in Marketing. She first worked as a product manager in major industrial groups (Lesieur Cristal, Richbondand then decided to explore new horizons by joining an independent consulting firm, where she managed several assignments as a senior consultant: implementation of a national bank in Africa, business process reengineering, human resources development plans… 

In 2009, she moves to Tangier to found a Youth bookstore and cultural activities centre for children, where she works to raise the children’s interest in books, storytelling, and literacy-related play. In 2012, back to Casablanca, she is Project Manager at Livremoi.ma, an E-commerce website specialized in cultural products, before joining Les Citoyens, an indépendant and non partisan association as exécutive director. Since, she works at reinforcing the civil society’s capacities, the leadership of women and Youth, and the définition of a new development model for Morocco. 

Loubna Zemmouri lives at Casablanca and is the mother of two children.
